The Project Manager is subject to following-up various sites at the same time and assist as required Construction Superintendent & Operation Manager on projects across Canada. This includes working with the Senior Project Manager, assisting the Operations Manager and supporting all levels of project staff in tender and/or the construction phase of projects. The individual is to be well-versed in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation and have a good working knowledge of applicable provincial and territorial requirements across Canada.

In addition, this role requires a high degree of mobility, including frequent travel and extended stays at remote mining sites across Canada. The Project Manager must be prepared to work in varying geographic locations and adapt to site-specific conditions to ensure effective oversight and support of project execution. This position is to assist the Senior Project Manager and/or Operations Manager to provide technical support in phases of tender and construction, as well as to oversee job site activities.

Other requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering other relevant degree
- At least 10 years of project management experience. Proven working experience in Ground Improvement or at a management level is an asset
- All professionnal designations in the Associations related to our geographical reach
- Maintain up to date passport
- Drivers License
- Preference will be given to those with experience in ground improvement, pile driving, earthworks, heavy civil, infrastructure, general contracting or oil & gas
