The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the safe and successful delivery of Menard Canada projects in Ontario. This role involves collaborating closely with the Project Manager and Operations Manager, as well as supporting all levels of project staff during both the tender and construction phases. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Ontario legislation and a strong working knowledge of Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) requirements.
The position of Project Coordinator is part of Menard Canada’s Operations Department. The Operations, Project Delivery Department oversees tender submissions, project planning, execution, and closure in compliance with project requirements and applicable engineering codes.
This position supports the Project Managers and/or Operations Manager by providing technical assistance during the tender and construction phases, as well as overseeing job site activities. The role reports to the Branch Manager, Project Manager, or Operations Manager, depending on the specific activity.

📍 Located in Ontario – Hydrid (office and job sites)
Salary range: $68k to $75k annually
6 months temporarily contract, with the option of going permanent
Full time, 40h/week , schedule may vary based on project/site requirements
