Branch Management
Approval of the monthly billings, payments to suppliers and follow up on the outstanding payments with the clients
Participation in the development of Menard Management System
Immediate report of any “Bugs” to Western Division Director and Managers when they are identified to minimize their impact
Representation of Menard in Industry meetings, conferences etc
Attendance to any meetings as required
Must anticipate any recruitment according to the activities and the development of the Company
Work with the Western Division Director and Manager to go through Go, No-Go process

Branch Development
Develop a job specific marketing and sales strategies
Develop and maintain client accounts & relationships to produce sustainable revenue
Leverage these relationships to achieve higher capture rates, obtain negotiated projects (or last look), and maximize project gross margins
Participate and manage design/build and design/assist meetings
Project a positive and professional image of Menard Canada Inc
Project Management
Negotiation and signature with the Western Division Director and for any contract
Coordination with the Operations Manager and report of any issue with crew, machines, tools, inventory, maintenance, and safety equipment
Responsible for having insurance coverage required according to law and contracts requirements
Responsible for the selection of suppliers and subcontractors and the coordination of Company resources for the completion of the Projects
Be proactive in identifying issues and opportunities and solving problems
Coordination with the Health and Security Manager and completion of security inspections at Site
Visit active jobsites
Staff Management
Management of the permanent employees and Union staff (people review, evaluation, retention/release according to the completion of the Projects) in liaison with the HR Manager
Update and follow up of the employee trainings to meet business needs and commercial objectives
Management of any conflicts related to staff
Management of crisis communication when necessary
Participate in end of the year review of the employees in your BU
Education
Bachelor of Science / Master of Science degree in marketing or other relevant degree
Proven working experience in Ground Improvement or at a management level
Experience & Languages
Years of experience: minimum 5 years
Excellent verbal and written command of English
