Created through donations from VINCI Group companies in Canada, the VINCI Canada Fund (administered by Myriad Canada) structurally supports Canadian associations working towards social and professional integration.
It encourages two types of initiatives:
- Fighting against all forms of exclusion to ensure everyone has a place, a role, and dignity in our society;
- Professional integration as well as training and qualification of people in situations of exclusion, or by giving them the means to be mobile, often essential conditions for finding and maintaining employment.
The support provided takes the form of sponsorship by employees of companies within the VINCI Group in Canada, accompanied by financial support. This sponsorship can take various forms:
- Participating in the life of the association: volunteering, helping people in difficulty, etc.
- Bringing expertise to the association in its management (accounting, strategy, communication, human resources, etc.) or on technical aspects (work, safety, law, etc.)
- Providing career guidance to people in difficulty and introducing them to business professions (CV workshop animation, mock interviews, site visits, etc.)
