Menard North America Announces Leadership Transition
Montréal, CA – Menard North America is pleased to announce a strategic leadership transition. Seth Pearlman, P.E., BC.GE, NAC, NAE, has been appointed to Chairman of Menard North America, and Hubert Scache, has been promoted to CEO of Menard North America. This change took effect on January 1, 2025.
Seth Pearlman has served as the President and CEO of Menard USA for 22 years and as CEO of Menard North America since 2015. He has played a pivotal role in the tremendous growth of Menard USA and the wider North American businesses. In his new position as Chairman, he will continue to provide strategic oversight and guidance. Reflecting on his transition, Pearlman stated, “It has been an incredible privilege to lead Menard in North America and work alongside such a talented team. I am proud of what we have accomplished together and excited to continue contributing to the company’s growth and innovation as Chairman. Hubert Scache, who served as President of Menard Canada for six years, successfully spearheaded significant business improvements during his tenure. As the new CEO of Menard North America, he is committed to driving continued growth across the region, supported by a talented management team and dedicated employees at all levels.
