\"VINCI<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Created through donations from VINCI<\/strong> <\/a>Group companies in Canada, the VINCI Canada Fund<\/strong> (administered by Myriad Canada<\/a>) structurally supports Canadian associations working towards social and professional integration.<\/p>\n

It encourages two types of initiatives:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Fighting against all forms of exclusion<\/strong> to ensure everyone has a place, a role, and dignity in our society;<\/li>\n
  2. Professional integration as well as training and qualification of people in situations of exclusion,<\/strong> or by giving them the means to be mobile, often essential conditions for finding and maintaining employment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The support provided takes the form of sponsorship by employees of companies within the VINCI Group in Canada, accompanied by financial support. This sponsorship can take various forms:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Participating in the life of the association<\/strong>: volunteering, helping people in difficulty, etc.<\/li>\n
    2. Bringing expertise to the association<\/strong> in its management (accounting, strategy, communication, human resources, etc.) or on technical aspects (work, safety, law, etc.)<\/li>\n
    3. Providing career guidance to people<\/strong> in difficulty and introducing them to business professions (CV workshop animation, mock interviews, site visits, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
