Selected Technique:<\/span> The project involved the construction of the extension of the Uniboard warehouse, located at 2700 Bd Jean-Jacques-Cossette in Val d\u2019Or, Quebec. Due to the compressibility of the soils in place and in order to limit total and differential settlements, a Controlled Modulus Column<\/a> (CMC) type reinforcement was designed to support the slab and the foundations of the expansion.
